Question 1

What's included in every rental?

Accepted Answer

All of our condos come with free WiFi, air conditioning, a full kitchen, free parking, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. Most properties also have access to an outdoor pool. Each listing page shows the full amenity list for that specific unit.

Question 2

Are the properties pet-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Some of our properties allow pets and some don't. Filter by pet-friendly when you search, or reach out and we'll point you to the right options.

Question 3

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Accepted Answer

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the property's schedule — just ask us ahead of time and we'll do our best.

Question 4

How does check-in work?

Accepted Answer

All of our properties use keyless entry. You'll receive your door code by email before your arrival date, so there's no need to pick up a key or meet anyone at the property.

Question 5

Is there a minimum stay?

Accepted Answer

All of our properties have a two-night minimum stay requirement.

Question 6

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation terms vary by booking platform and are shown clearly before you confirm your booking. We recommend reading them before you check out. If you have questions about a specific reservation, contact us directly.

Question 7

Are the condo resort amenities included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you stay at a resort property like Pointe Royale or Fall Creek, you have access to the resort's shared amenities — pools, common areas, and any on-site facilities — as part of your stay.

Question 8

Which properties are lakefront?

Accepted Answer

Several of our properties sit directly on Table Rock Lake or Lake Taneycomo with water access. Others have lake views but aren't on the water. Each listing is labeled clearly. Look for 'lakefront' or 'lakeview' in the property name and description.

Question 9

How do I contact you during my stay?

Accepted Answer

We're local and reachable. You'll have a direct contact number before you arrive. Text or call us and someone who knows the property will get back to you quickly. You can also send us an email at bransonvrm@gmail.com

Question 10

Do you offer long-term stays?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we're available for bookings of 28 nights or more. Reach out to us directly, and we'll let you know what's available and what the monthly rate looks like.
